- Lead teams to harmonize manufacturing and quality processes across global production sites during the S/4 HANA rollout
- Analyze current workflows and design optimized future-state processes aligned with global standards
- Define and review Business Requirement Specifications to ensure new processes meet operational and strategic needs
- Collaborate with Process Leads, Product Line counterparts, and IT teams to drive seamless integration and organizational change
- Support key users during validation and go-live, ensuring smooth adoption and resolving issues promptly
- Act as a liaison between business and IT, facilitating communication and addressing requests to maintain process efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Extensive experience in manufacturing environment, as a process or quality engineer
- Experience in product and/or production process planning, -drawings, sequence of operations, time standards
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes in SAP (preferably S/4 Hana) and MES; PLM experience is a plus
- Strong background in project management in a matrix organization (large scale digital implementation experience is a plus)
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels; willingness to travel (~10%) and solid English language proficiency required.
