A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be working with your direct colleagues and departments on the operation and renewal of the integrated control system. Your workdays will be diverse because of the various tasks that you can resolve with creative problem-solving skills. You will have independence within the framework of standards, and your work time won’t be fully assigned.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the Integrated Management System improvement
  • Create, maintain procedures, instructions
  • Facilitate monthly quality improvement meetings based on the area KPI’s
  • Compile, analyze, report and react to costs of poor quality
  • Facilitate Process – and Design FMEA
  • Conduct internal process audits
  • Support or/and conduct Customer audits
  • Support or/and conduct Customer PPAP submission activities
  • Keep the Control Plan updated
  • Facilitate the Integrated Quality System maintenance

What You Bring

  • At least 5 years experience in quality
  • Engineer -/ technical degree (technical college or university)
  • Ability to cooperate with other departments (Production, Engineering, Technology, Purchasing)
  • Comprehensive understanding of an integrated management system in a manufacturing environment
  • Quality/defect cost tracking and analysis ability
  • Experience with process description tools (SIPOC, EPC, BPMN)
  • Perfect understanding and ability to use quality tools (8D, 5Why, APQP, PPAP, FMEA)
  • Trained internal auditor according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001, ISO 27001 is an advantage
  • Experience with lean tools&methods is an advantage
  • Fluent English both verbal and written
  • Flexibility to international travels, mostly in Europe (5%)
  • Comprehensive computer skills (MS Office; ERP handling – SAP knowledge is an advantage)
  • Good communication skills

We are a growing quality engineer and inspector team of 20, who are inspecting and assuring the production quality, maintain, and develop the integrated management system.

Location: Csepel (District 21)
