A Snapshot of Your Day
Responsible person to build and maintain compressor drawing schedules. The incumbent will be asked to work with our SAP program to release materials for manufacturing. In addition, our planners will build and maintain SAP templates with delivery durations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Generate drawing schedules.
- Develop Network templates to support Global manufacturing.
- Tailor Compressor Bill’s of Material from a mass template to acquire an accurate scope of supply.
- Identify potential problems with delivery dates and work to align the schedule. Update project due dates and re-commit dates in SAP and Jira.
- Update Engineering and Drafting teams of progress weekly.
- Identify change in priorities based on Project strategic directions. Participate in development of NEW processes.
What You Bring
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Primavera Scheduling, indicating your capability to optimally manage and schedule projects using this software.
- Familiarity with Jira Program, highlighting your understanding of project management and issue tracking tools.
