We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering complex projects within the Siemens Energy, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the gas service industry.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, execution and commissioning to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Communicate project status, updates, and any changes to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and technical specifications.
• Ensures regular financial controlling and reporting according to regulations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• PMP (Project Management Professional), IPMA-C certification or equivalent is desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or site management in the gas and energy sector.
• Experience on handling or executing the contracts in Saudi Arabia market.
• Good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Willingness to travel as required.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.  Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
