Join us as a Lead Wind Turbine Technician in Sciacca, Italy, where you will blend hands-on technical expertise with essential coordination responsibilities. You will act as the primary on-site representative for our customers, ensuring seamless operations and alignment on service expectations. How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will serve as the company’s site representative, ensuring alignment on operations and service expectations with customers.
• You will act as the on-site Emergency Coordinator, managing emergency situations and incident responses in accordance with company procedures.
• You will coordinate daily activities of internal teams and contractors, ensuring smooth execution of operations and adherence to site procedures.
• You will facilitate pre-work coordination meetings, promoting safety measures and compliance with HSE standards.
• You will oversee the management of on-site warehouse organization, spare parts inventory, and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.

• You have a strong technical background in wind turbine operations and maintenance.
• You possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, enabling you to guide and influence team members effectively.
• You are experienced in emergency management and have a solid understanding of HSE standards and compliance.
