Join us as a Lead Wind Turbine Technician in Sciacca, Italy, where you will blend hands-on technical expertise with essential coordination responsibilities. You will act as the primary on-site representative for our customers, ensuring seamless operations and alignment on service expectations. Imagine leading your team through daily activities while managing emergency situations and fostering a strong safety culture. Your role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence and supporting our mission to provide sustainable energy solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will serve as the company’s site representative, ensuring alignment on operations and service expectations with customers.
  • You will act as the on-site Emergency Coordinator, managing emergency situations and incident responses in accordance with company procedures.
  • You will coordinate daily activities of internal teams and contractors, ensuring smooth execution of operations and adherence to site procedures.
  • You will facilitate pre-work coordination meetings, promoting safety measures and compliance with HSE standards.
  • You will oversee the management of on-site warehouse organization, spare parts inventory, and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.

  • You have a strong technical background in wind turbine operations and maintenance.
  • You possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, enabling you to guide and influence team members effectively.
  • You are experienced in emergency management and have a solid understanding of HSE standards and compliance.

Rewards/Benefits

The total compensation package for this position, including both fixed and variable components, ranges between € 34.000 – € 38.000 gross per year.
Salary ranges for this role are provided in accordance with applicable local legislation. The stated range is based on the Italian labour market.
Where a role may be performed in multiple locations in Italy or abroad, compensation will vary depending on factors such as market conditions, including the local cost of living, as well as experience and qualifications.
