We are seeking a motivated and accomplished Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our EMEA Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within key accounts, contributing to the overall sales strategy, and ensuring its successful implementation. In this role, it is essential to have the ability to think critically, a solid understanding of business dynamics, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a deep comprehension of market trends.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales growth targets within the region to drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Head of EMEA Sales to contribute to the overall sales strategy, implementing it effectively to meet organizational goals.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and a deep understanding of the business in all sales activities to find opportunities and anticipate potential challenges.
  • Generate new business opportunities and lead customer negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions but also coordinate the handover process to factories and conduct win/loss analysis to improve future performance.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients and partners across countries and verticals.
  • Coordinate local agents, setting business goals, and ensuring these objectives are met.

What You Bring
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role, preferably within the energy sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and understand business dynamics.
  • Deep understanding of market trends and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Experience in generating opportunities, managing bidding and pricing strategies, customer negotiations, and handover processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability for frequent business travel as the need arises.
