A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our dynamic technical department as a full-time working student, where you will play a vital role in supporting a team of 13 project managers engaged in diverse engineering development projects. Envision supplying to the development of Power BI applications, crafting insightful reports, and preparing engaging presentations that improve project outcomes. Your proactive approach will help standardize our portfolio and drive digitalization initiatives, ensuring that our project managers have the practical support they need to excel. This one-year opportunity will allow you to gain hands-on experience while making a relevant impact in a distributed team passionate about innovation and sustainability.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support project managers by providing practical assistance and administrative tasks that improve project efficiency.
  • Supply to the standardization of our project portfolio, ensuring consistency and quality across all initiatives.
  • Drive digitalization efforts within the department, helping to streamline processes and improve data accessibility.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and workshops that optimally communicate project goals and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with various partners to develop a coordinated and productive working environment.

What You Bring

  • You are proactive and skilled at working with diverse team members to achieve common goals.
  • You are proficient in English, enabling effective communication in our international team.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office and Power BI, equipping you to build impactful reports and presentations.
  • You have a background in engineering and/or business administration, providing a proven foundation for understanding project dynamics.
  • Good to have: proficiency in graphic design and programming skills that can improve project deliverables.
