At the IT team of our company, we are committed to empowering our teams and providing them with a standardized environment, rewarding opportunities, and innovative tools. We are currently seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst for Siemens Energy IT in the Gas Services Factory in Budapest who is enthusiastic, innovative, and ready to take on new challenges.
The position IT Systems Analyst will be part of the IT team and will be responsible for analyzing our current systems and assets, recommending and implementing solutions and upgrades, securing business continuity, and providing training.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Analyzing existing IT systems and infrastructure and providing solutions for improvement. Assess business requirements and decide about the implementation together with business
- Ensuring the security of our various IT systems and applications (supporting business continuity and asset compliance)
- Direct collaboration with network service providers
- Coordinate and/or support local IT Projects and change requests and supervises their delivery in quality, time, and budget
- Provide consultancy to the business for IT services
- Upon having a detailed insight into the IT portfolio and processes, your IT systems analyst responsibilities will be ramped up.
- Occasional international travel
- Opportunity to directly contact business and end-users
What You Bring
- You are professional with Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent and/or certification in the field of applied informatics
- You have fluent English language skills
- Ideally, you already have previous professional experience in the field of information security management system, and you possess basic knowledge of LAN technologies. You have experience in the area of system integration and stand-alone network systems with the associated components.
- Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
- You have basic project management skills (waterfall and agile) experience in initiating, planning and execution phases
- Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft SharePoint WCMS knowledge is a plus
- You are able to work also in teams and individually
- You have good general understanding of IT topics (IT infrastructure, network services, application management, cyber security)
- You have ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- You are self-determined, always looking into improved ways of doing services and you have analytical capabilities paired with the result and quality orientation
- You are able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks
- You want to working in a multinational and multicultural environment
