The Graduate Trainee will assist the procurement team in managing purchasing activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. The role focuses on learning procurement processes, supporting daily operations, and contributing to team projects..

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Learn and apply procurement processes and systems under supervision to support efficiency and compliance. Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving procurement processes.
• Assist in creating and processing purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Support supplier-related activities such as onboarding and maintaining basic information.
• Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving procurement processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and provide support.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Digitalization, Data Management, Engineering or another related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global and virtual team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Good English language skills, German language skills desirable
• Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
