If so, join us as a Financial Sustainability Controller within the Transformation of Industry Business Controlling!

As highly motivated Financial Sustainability Controller, you are supporting our Business Area in our journey as the driver of energy transition, navigating the complexity of reporting, steering the requirements and achieving their sustainability goals! You will have the opportunity support the implementation of our future processes and work alongside strategic and financial experts across our organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Ensure Sustainability Reporting within financial processes and structures to secure compliance and efficient business steering, including implementation of requirements and quality in financial reporting.
  • Translate regulations and requirements into operational language, identify implications for the business and supervise regulation updates.
  • Develop strategy and drive implementation of measures to fulfill Sustainability requirements.
  • Close collaboration with TI sustainability team and different functions of the Independently Managed Businesses (IMBs) of TI as well as with SE Corporate functions involved in the sustainability reporting.
  • Be part of working groups/ functional departments to fulfil implementation roadmap, esp. for financial reporting requirements.

What You Bring

  • University degree or equivalent experience in business administration, sustainability management or similar.
  • First experience in a finance/ commercial position, ideally in accounting/ controlling.
  • High curiosity and ideally first experience in current reporting standards and emerging frameworks (e.g. EU Taxonomy, CSRD, etc.).
  • Affinity for governance, documentation, and process adherence with a broad approach to systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in English, additional German language proficiency is a plus.
