A Snapshot of Your Day

The Project Manager leads Field Service projects, serving as the client’s advocate for safety, quality, and on-time delivery. They hold full profit and loss responsibility for project performance and play a proactive role throughout planning, execution, and closure. By engaging both internal and external stakeholders, the Project Manager ensures successful delivery across a diverse range of scopes involving industrial rotating equipment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manage full project lifecycle from quote to cash collection
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and relationship management
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Resolve issues promptly and effectively
  • Promote and uphold a Zero Harm safety culture

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma required; additional technical or business education preferred.
  • 5–8 years of project management experience, ideally in field service or industrial settings. Those with more experience may be considered for a more senior level.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven client-facing and negotiation experience
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
  • Solid commercial acumen with understanding of contract deliverables
