A Snapshot of Your Day:
As a DML Order Management Expert (Spare Parts), you will target experienced professionals in logistics and supply chain management, particularly those with a background in the energy or industrial sectors. You will manage meaningful projects that streamline the spare parts ordering process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer expectations, which directly impacts client satisfaction and Siemens Energy’s mission of delivering reliable energy solutions. Expect a collaborative team culture that values continuous improvement, open communication, and the development of team members to achieve maximum performance.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Manage the end-to-end spare parts ordering process from order release to deliveryCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Maintain ERP system records and generate order reports for performance tracking.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide proactive updates on order status.
- Identify process bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and train subordinates to enhance team performance and knowledge sharing.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in order management, logistics, and supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities and experience in spare parts management.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
