A Snapshot of Your Day
As the Coordinator – Administration & Workplace Layout for our Le Havre plant (and supporting other sites in France), you’ll combine precise administrative follow-up with the creativity and planning needed to optimize our workplace layouts. You’ll ensure all Real Estate (RE) expenses are tracked and aligned with budgets, while coordinating orders and acting as a vital link between Real Estate, Purchasing, and Finance. At the same time, you’ll lead space layout projects for offices, locker rooms, and meeting rooms—ensuring they meet regulations, standards, and the real needs of our teams. Every day, you’ll help create organized, efficient, and inspiring workplaces that support our people and our operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Place and coordinate orders for the Le Havre site and other locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor expenses versus budget, create KPI-based reporting, and highlight discrepancies for action.
- Act as a liaison between Real Estate, Purchasing, and Finance to keep processes smooth and accurate.
- Gather and analyze space requirements, anticipating needs for offices, locker rooms, and common areas.
- Plan and implement layout projects in line with standards, managing both internal teams and external providers.
- Oversee equipment supply, moves, and works—ensuring safety, compliance, and timely delivery.
What You Bring
- Technician-level qualification (or equivalent) with 5+ years’ experience in coordination or management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively.
- Autonomous, proactive, dynamic, and solutions-oriented approach to work.
- Rigorous, reliable, punctual, and comfortable using IT tools for reporting and follow-up.
- Basic technical knowledge of minor building works is an advantage.
