A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Resource Planner to join our Operations team on a birthing parent cover basis. In this role, you will collaborate closely with fellow Construction Resource Planners and the Planning team to ensure the efficient planning and utilization of resources at our construction sites.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  •  Manage daily and short-term planning tasks during the execution phase of the assigned project, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Serve as the primary contact for demand planning throughout the execution phase of the assigned projects.
  •  Align and coordinate planning efforts with various internal departments and site management to ensure flawless operations.
  • Actively contribute to the simplification and streamlining of tools and processes used in the execution of Offshore Projects.
  • Assist with project-related ad-hoc tasks, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of deviations and bring up any gaps as vital.
  • Facilitate the documentation and application of internal lessons learned to improve future project performance.
 

What You Bring

  • Strong organizational and social skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Confirmed ability to thrive in a cross-cultural and international setting, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
  • Recent graduate with a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or an individual with relevant professional experience in planning activities. Experience in resource planning is beneficial.
  • A strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
