A Snapshot of Your Day


As a Business Partner Cost Center Controller for the Global Function Management in Onshore, your day revolves around creating financial transparency and providing essential insights for decision-making. You’ll begin by analyzing budgets and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, ensuring that the financial data is both timely and accurate. This analysis is crucial for accountable management, as it helps them manage personnel resources effectively and make informed recommendations. You will also compile financial reports and monitor operational trends, which serve as a foundation for strategic planning and resource allocation.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manages the planning and controlling of yearly budgets for the Global Functions in Onshore, including the calculation of Hourly Rates.
  • Analyzes and evaluates cost structures, while building, maintaining, and improving the associated cost accounting system.
  • Prepares Monthly Reporting and is accountable for providing the required explanations of the Forecast (FC) and Actuals to CCC ON Management.
  • Plays an active role in strengthening Master Data Governance (e.g., Cost Centers, WBS, Orders, GL Accounts management) to enable efficient implementation of SAC, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Drives cross-departmental process standardization and supports digitalization strategies within Cost Center Controlling (SAC CCP).
  • Supports the time registration setup and ensures hours are booked to the correct Orders/WBS Elements, while also assisting in the setup of SLAs for Inter-Company Charges and the underlying documentation and PO creations.

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent English language skills B2+, both orally and in writing, along with proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
  • Competent finance professional with several years of experience and profound knowledge in various controlling areas and/or commercial sales and project business.
  • Strong analytical and result-oriented mindset, passionate about numbers with attention to detail; advanced interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build collaborative relationships across cultures and organizational levels.
  • Willingness to take ownership and ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Creative mindset focused on innovating processes and tools, with a desire to participate in a digital transformation journey.
