The Bid Management Perfection Strategist is responsible for driving continuous improvement in the process through tool development, process improvements, training and development, requirement management, digitalization and Pro-HUB implementation, collaboration with sales and operations, AI integration, change management, and future planning. This role strives to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization’s bidding efforts, ensuring a competitive edge in the marketplace.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Collaborate with the team to identify gaps in current tools and processes that hinder efficiency.
  • Conduct regular assessments of existing bid management processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct assessments to identify the training needs of the team and other collaborators involved in the bidding process.
  • Act as a bridge between the bid management team and sales/operations teams to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations.
  • Stay informed about advancements in AI and their potential applications in bid management, such as predictive analytics and automated proposal generation.
  • Develop and implement a change management strategy to facilitate the adoption of new tools, processes, and technologies.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies that could impact bid management, ensuring the organization remains competitive.

What You Bring

  • Proven minimum of 5 years experience in bid management or proposal development, with a strong understanding of the bidding process.
  • Familiarity with bid management software, digital tools, and AI technologies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze processes and data to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of changes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with various collaborators.
  • Experience in managing change within organizations, particularly in the context of adopting new technologies and processes.
