Join our dynamic team at Siemens Gamesa, where your organizational skills and outgoing personality will shine! Imagine engaging with diverse stakeholders, coordinating impactful meetings, and sharing vital updates that keep our team informed and connected. In this role, you will primarily support team management by preparing essential materials for monthly meetings and assisting with onboarding initiatives. As you plan and facilitate team events focused on collaboration and well-being, you’ll play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment. Your contributions will not only enhance team dynamics but also help drive our mission of energy transformation.


How you'll make an impact

  • Regular engagement with stakeholders and team members will involve coordinating meetings and sharing important updates with the wider team.
  • Responsibility for managing team tasks includes preparing and facilitating monthly meeting slides, as well as supporting onboarding and handbook updates.
  • Planning and facilitating team events will focus on team-building activities and initiatives that promote mental well-being.
  • Support will be provided to the team in managing common topics and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Providing adhoc support to Project Documentation Managers in our execution projects and gaining practical insights of our project organization


What you bring

  • Currently enrolled at a university (Bachelor or Master’s) with at least 2 years left in education.
  • An open, outgoing demeanor and a can-do attitude that fosters approachability and effectiveness in a team setting.
  • A strong ability to thrive in a diverse, international environment and connect with people from various backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency and experience in creating appealing presentations is a plus.
