A Snapshot of Your Day
Your day will consist of providing supervisory oversight and support to a group of hourly manufacturing technicians who will be producing components for large generators. You will work with the production team to improve safety, improve quality, reduce cycle times, and reduce costs. You will help solve problems for the members of the production team, either through using your own competencies or by facilitating help from others. You will use your people skills to motivate, inspire, and encourage the team members as they go through the workday.

- Your desire to learn various workflow systems such as SAP, Ariba etc.
- You will provide timely and effective feedback to associates based on individual quality performance and productivity standards.
- You will actively manage the team for a continuous workflow and review production schedules and adjust as necessary to ensure that deadlines are met.
What You Bring (requirements)
- High school diploma.
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
