A Snapshot of your Day

The Service Consultant will be an integral part of the service business team, working in tandem with Gas Service Client Managers who own customer relationships. The role involves developing strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice, and being the go-to person for all service-related inquiries in Saudi Arabia.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Collaborate closely with Gas Service Client Managers to understand customer service needs and requirements.
  • Serve as a bridge between customers and Gas Service Client Managers, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Provide expert consultation on our range of services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
  • Facilitate the development of service strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Address customer complaints with professionalism, providing resolutions that maintain the company's reputation for excellent service.

What you Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the service industry.
  • Strong understanding of the service business landscape in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and collaborate with Gas Service Client Managers.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
