- Close, frequent, and trustworthy collaboration with employees and managers to support all administrative tasks
- Planning, booking, and accounting for local and international travel, as well as applying for visas and travel expense booking in the E2E travel process
- Hosting visitors and organizing and coordinating meetings or events for employees at multiple locations in Germany
- Onboarding and offboarding employees, including administrative processing and ordering IT equipment for the team, creating documents with internal and external sales information as well as managing personal and organizational matters in various IT systems such as SAP
- Supporting and planning internal and external events such as workshops and customer events
- Office management, including procurement and coordination of office supplies
- Several years of professional experience as an assistant (m/f/d) in the back office or in a comparable position
- Commercial training (e.g., office clerk) is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Outlook • Knowledge of SAP and experience with SE internal tools (E2E Travel, OneSRM, MyMall, MyTMA, CIBTvisas, etc.) or a strong willingness to learn
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Independent and proactive working style, attention to detail, as well as excellent organizational talent and time management skills
- Excellent team skills
