A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Student Worker in the Sales Excellence and Enablement team, your day will be filled with engaging projects that support our mission to create a sustainable future. You’ll play a vital role in enhancing our digital tools - primarily Salesforce and Power BI - and supporting process optimization across Sales. Your contributions will directly support the development of better user experiences, smarter decision-making tools, and more streamlined processes that support Siemens Gamesa’s long-term renewable energy vision.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the Product Owner for Offshore Polarion & DRIM with release preparation, testing, and process improvements.
- Ensure a smooth and high-quality user journey within Salesforce and Power BI platforms.
- Develop, maintain, and improve reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.
- Create communication and training materials, especially high-quality presentations in PowerPoint.
- Assist in process mapping, project coordination, and ad hoc operational support across the sales organization.
- Provide structured and analytical solutions to data and process-related problems.
- Collaborate with different internal Stakeholders across Sales, Offshore, IT, and other global business units.
- Offer customer service–minded support to users, ensuring clarity, usability, and responsiveness.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Marketing, Communication, Sustainability, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A strong data-driven attitude and structured approach to problem-solving.
- A curiosity about Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Polarion, Jira, or other project and task management platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and visually engaging way.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to ask questions to better understand challenges and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- An open and collaborative attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently and follow through reliably.
- Interest in process optimization, digital tools, and cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Vejle, Denmark
Part-time: 8-25 hours per week. We offer flexibility with your school schedule, but you can expect to work at the Vejle office for 2+ days a week, with the possibility of working from home once you are settled into the role.
