How You’ll Make an Impact

• Own the design and implementation of business strategies, guidelines, and principles across Siemens Gamesa and its business units.
• Support the development of strategic perspectives on key topics, including renewable technologies and new business opportunities.
• Drive comprehensive market and competitor analyses, including identifying potential M&A targets and benchmarking competitors.
• Coordinate the creation of corporate-level business strategies, business plans, budgets, and progress reports.
• Act as a trusted partner and advisor, supporting company decision-making and exploring options.

What You Bring

• Proven experience at a leading management consulting firm.
• University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Business & Law, or Engineering; MBA is a plus.
• Proficiency in English
