How You’ll Make an Impact

You will perform a variety of financial activities through whole cycle of sales contracts for Taiwan TI Service businesses in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization's financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.

The detailed responsibilities include but not limited to:

·       Collaborate with sales team to monitor sales opportunities as well as to analyze sales history and pipelines, and ensure compliant and standardized contract management as well as Limits of Authority (LoA) process.

·       Ensure all booking including revenue recognition, provision and accrual etc. complies with Siemens Energy guidelines and Taiwan local regulations.

·       Execute daily operation and monthly closing activities including but not limited to WBS/sales order creation, invoice, JV, GR, cleaning open balance sheet items, deem profit method application, bank guarantee application, report preparation etc..

·       Liaison with other internal functions, including Legal, Tax, TCF, Logistics, Insurance, GBS etc.

·       Coordinate and prepare supporting documents for internal and external audits.

 ·       Support implementation of financial and business administration policies, standards and procedures                                    

·       Accomplish financial analysis, forecasting and budget planning , controlling activities, and all related business administration activities.          

·       Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.                                                                                   

What You Bring 

·        Bachelor degree and above in accounting, business administration, international trade.

·      5 years + Finance relevant experiences in a sizeable foreign manufacturing company.

·        Be capable to make reporting methods and reporting processes, have the knowledge and ability to make and analyze the functional flow of orders.

·        Basic knowledge on tax, international trade and/or contract law.

·        Proficient oral / written English

·        Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office especially excel and PPT. VBA, Tableau and/or Uipath is a plus

·         Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, coordinating across departments, consolidating information, and analyzing financial data to produce high-quality reports

·         A strong sense of ownership, adaptability in a fast-growing industry, and a curiosity for learning new concepts
