A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Spare Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for developing Recommended Spare Parts Lists. These technical documents aid in improving competitiveness in the Market to sustain and grow our Service Business
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Create “Recommended Spare Parts Lists” (RSLs) for New Unit and Service inventory purposes, scheduled maintenance, and major overhauls along with Vital, Ideal, and Preventative (VIP) lists.
- Develop “Spare Parts Interchangeability Records” (SPIRs) proposals to create portfolio solutions for our internal and external clients.
- Partner with Regional Parts Specialists to generate orders from parts lists developed.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to develop creative solutions.
- Drive client satisfaction through responsiveness and ease of doing business - resolve issues quickly and escalate if necessary.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 3 years of experience in parts operations, cost accounting, or customer service.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints to meet deadlines while paying attention to details.
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and bills of materials.
