A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Service Project Manager for Grid Technologies, you will lead the entire lifecycle of service projects, from receiving and registering requests to planning and coordinating with customers and subcontractors. You will identify essential resources and conduct consultations to ensure all components are aligned for successful execution, while effectively managing budgets, schedules, and team dynamics. Your leadership will be crucial in driving project success and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee service projects from inception to completion.
• Manage the project lifecycle, overseeing planning, budgeting, team coordination and scheduling,
• Define resource needs and conduct consultations to determine necessary components for project execution.
• Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate service work with Customers, Country Service Engineers, Factory Service Teams, Subcontractors and Cross-Functional Teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and external partners to facilitate effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement and apply learnings to future projects.

What You Bring 

• A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or power engineering,
• Proven a minimum 5 years’ experience of project management in the electrical engineering sector, particularly within the Energy Transmission & Distribution.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in Substation Primary, Secondary, and Auxiliary Systems, along with a solid understanding of industry standards and technologies,
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with current Health and Safety, Environmental Regulations, and Risk Management processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
