A Snapshot of Your Day

You start work at 6:30 a.m., ensuring service technician teams are assigned the right tools and materials in coordination with the Stock Keeper. You check activity durations, confirm toolkit availability, and prepare the initial work permit. When a turbine shuts down, you prioritize and adjust planning to minimize downtime. You lead the morning briefing and act as the first point of contact for turbine shutdowns, keeping the customer informed.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Planning, coordinating, and supporting the execution of service and maintenance activities for onshore wind turbines.
  • Monitoring weather conditions and ensuring the safety of employees working in the field.
  • Planning and assigning both planned (maintenance, retrofits, snagging, etc..) and unplanned(troubleshooting) activities to teams.
  • Maintaining efficient schedules for planned maintenance activities and creating daily and weekly team plans.
  • Performing all related tasks such as reviewing timesheets and tracking parts to enable invoicing, coordinating the preparation and delivery of HSE-related documentation, and coordinating archiving, reporting, and documentation to support the complete service and maintenance history.
  • Short- and mid-term load and capacity planning and updating.
  • Performing various administrative tasks to support operational needs.
  • Working with SAP and other Siemens Energy Wind Power planning software
  • Collaborating with colleagues in Belgium and providing support to the Belgian organization.

What You Bring

  • Graduation at least an MBO level 4 (EQF) education or a demonstrably equivalent level, preferably in a technical field.
  • Relevant work experience as a Service Coordinator (Planner), scheduling personnel as well as parts and tools.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation is an advantage.
  • Stress-resistant, strong sense of responsibility, and a team player.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate efficiently and confidently with stakeholders.
  • Experienced with SAP (or another ERP system) and MS Office 365 tools.
  • Category B driving license.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • The position requires at least one visit per month to Belgium as part of collaboration with on-site colleagues.
  • Working Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Live within approximately a 30-minute commuting distance of the Nijkerk office (near Utrecht) or willing to relocate
