Every day, you will be at the forefront of advancing balanced energy solutions, engaging in a range of critical activities that drive our mission forward. From commissioning new systems to servicing and overhauling operations, your role will be crucial in ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You will embark on fact-finding missions to gather insights, address troubleshooting challenges, and complete repair tasks, all while contributing to a sustainable energy future.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Ensure strict alignment to safety standards (HSE) to promote a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Supervise and complete commissioning and service work on rectifiers, transformers, circuit breakers, power factor correction systems, and mains filters within defined scopes.
  • Coordinate and lead service and inspection activities, including the commissioning of new plants within the DC power supply systems of electrolysis plants.
  • Process and meticulously verify all associated documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance throughout projects.
  • Instruct and guide subcontractors on construction sites to ensure quality workmanship and consistency with project specifications.
  • Prepare detailed construction site reports and identify, report, and propose solutions for discrepancies and non-conformities to drive project success.

What You Bring

  • Hold a college or university degree in electrical engineering (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma), demonstrating a solid foundation in similar roles.
  • Possess proven knowledge of electrical engineering standards and norms, ensuring compliance and quality in all work.
  • English language proficiency at a minimum of Level B1
  • Exhibit outstanding communication skills, with strong abilities in team cohesion and coordination to cultivate collaboration.
  • Have basic knowledge of the PCS 7 automation system and familiarity with ‘Starter’ and ‘TIA Portal’ software, enhancing your technical capabilities.
  • Bring field service experience with transformers and rectifiers, along with a basic understanding of control systems and their applications, while demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow in the field of electrolysis.
