A Snapshot of Your Day
You will consult with and influence senior leaders, translating business requirements into people practices within a hyper growth environment. Utilizing the full value chain of HR, you will derive relevant HR solutions to meet the evolving needs of fast-growing business. You will play a key role in orchestrating and facilitating changes to leadership and organizational culture, design, and structure.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Act as a trusted partner, responsible for global HR topics for your assigned Execution Units / Functions within Grid Technologies.
- Understand business priorities, derive strategic directions, ability to conceptualize strategic objections and ensure their implementation in collaboration with HR teams in the regions and centers of excellence.
- Manage HR projects, programs, and initiatives for your assigned organizations, including compensation and benefits, performance management, talent development programs, succession risk management, delegation, and reporting.
- Ensure the communication of the SE HR people agenda elements to leaders and people within your assigned organizations.
- Conduct workshops for the implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
- Advise, coach, and co-create with leaders and employees in the business to create people solutions that support business goals.
What You Bring
- Master's degree in business administration, economy, Human Resources, organizational psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in a demanding, international HR environment with profound experience in developing and implementing strategic HR concepts and innovative change efforts.
- Good understanding of IT tools, solutions, and platforms to accelerate automation and apply the right tools and methods for solutions offered.
- Outstanding experience in managing international and interdisciplinary complex projects.
- Strong interpersonal, consultative, and coaching skills combined with excellent English language skills.
- Willingness to work in a global, flexible team with a passion for contributing to the growth of the team.
