LOE Engineer
How You’ll Make an Impact
Digitalization(70%):
- 在PTC DTO和LOE Manager的指导下制定公司数字化发展的蓝图和路线图。
- 负责总部MES项目的实施,包括但不限于负责相关系统需求分析、方案沟通、运维支持,参与系统实施以及系统优化等工作。
- 负责工厂其他数字化项目,包括完善需求、逻辑,推进项目实施;实施过程需扮演项目经理角色、管理项目进程、执行效果评价和升级维护;针对部分需求进行自我开发,构建数字化APP。
- 提升工厂数字化文化和能力建设:推动工厂的低代码开发(如APA、简道云、IoT…)的学习、支持指导其他成员的项目开发、交流、宣传。
- 参与PTC或与总部的沟通和最佳实践分享,负责推进可借鉴项目的实施。
Operation excellence(30%):
- 参与和支持公司战略管理,筹备战略会,跟踪战略项目实施。
- 参与精益基层改善活动(lean dojo),负责KPIs的收集和展示,协助管理者分析差异原因、制订改善行动计划、展示最佳经验。参与工厂内、PTC或与总部的最佳实践分享。。
- 关注精益工具的培训和精益文化和推广。
- 深度参与自动化转型项目,包括需求分析、设备方案评估、设备导入、管理设备安装-调试-验收
- 上级主管安排的临时性项目和工作要求。
What You Bring
- 全日制统招大学本科及以上学历,计算机/信息管理/软件工程相关专业;
- 工作经验4年以上,有软件开发维护经验,熟练运用数据库等模块式算法和设计模式,如Alteryx、Tableau、Mendix、PowerBI;网站后端开发和工具应用,如Net、C#、JAVA、Python;网页前端开发和工具应用,如Vue、React或Angular、WPF;
- 有 MES 或 WMS 项目开发经验
- 具备良好的信息化系统设计及方案编写能力, 善于团队沟通协调,并能独立完成需求调研、项目设计、建议方案,同时具备较强的沟通能力
- 有自动化项目,OT经验更优
