How You’ll Make an Impact

·       Collecting purchasing demand of the project teams (resources, software, hardware etc.)

·       Preparing purchase requisitions in the purchasing tool (SAP ARIBA)

·       Consulting with the purchase processing team

·       Preparing individual agreements with suppliers

·       Supporting new supplier strategy and supplier evaluation processes

·       Consulting with suppliers about ongoing orders

·       Supporting invoice checking and clearance processes (KOFAX)

·       Reporting about purchase orders status and purchase values

·       Close collaboration and regular meetings with commodity managers from central procurement team

·       Close collaboration and regular meetings with the project management team

·       Close collaboration and regular meetings with the financial controller

What You Bring  

·       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing

·       Fluent English. (German is a plus)

·       Strength with MS office software

·       Experience in using ERP systems or SAP.

·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·       Troubleshooting skills

·       Solution-oriented personality

·       High level of drive within a fast paced, high-pressure environment

·       Ability to work independently, results driven, demonstrating tenacity
