A Snapshot of Your Day 

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering the end-to-end execution of an SAP S/4HANA conversion project, specifically focused on transitioning from the legacy SAP ECC system to the modern S/4HANA platform. Your role involves ensuring the successful implementation of S4E Template processes within the target organization. You report to the Business Rollout manager and assist in overseeing the project’s implementation. 

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • ensure effective management of timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholders
  • integrate knowledge across various functional areas, extending beyond the primary expertise
  • maintain responsibility for management communication and promote the project within the business organization
  • conduct risk analysis in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • lead and support roll-out execution for data migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and cut-over processes, in coordination with the Core Data Team
  • oversee and guide data cleansing activities
  • manage and support activities during the go-live and hyper care phases
  • act as an ambassador for the project within the organization, ensuring alignment and support

What You Bring
  • excels in planning, risk management, scope management, and change management
  • experience in SAP roll-out migration transformation, a solid understanding and experience of SAP systems, including both ECC and S/4HAN
  • excels in effective communication, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and adaptability
  • proficiency in data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading processes, along with data quality assurance and validation
  • strong test planning, risk management, communication, and leadership skills, with a focus on ensuring comprehensive testing
  • expertise in cutover planning, minimizing downtime, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation during system transitions
