As an R&D Project Manager, your day will be filled with engaging stakeholders, defining project scopes, and leading cross-functional teams towards successful execution. You'll be responsible for project governance, managing budgets, scheduling reviews, and ensuring effective communication across the organisation. 🚀
How You'll Make an Impact
- Drive the delivery and execution of strategic projects to protect, grow, and de-carbonise our SGT Gas Turbine Products.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to scope requirements and gather cross-functional teams for project execution.
- Ensure safe and effective introduction of innovative solutions into our products by following quality standards.
- Contribute to the development of SGT products as a member of the Project Management team.
What You Bring
- Strong ownership, leadership, and self-motivation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in generating presentations and using IT solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or relevant experience in Gas Turbine Design.
- Project Management experience, certifications (AGILE, PMP), and risk management knowledge.
