  • Ensuring sub-contractors and suppliers meet the requested requirements and legal obligations.
  • Reporting on HSE performance to project management, including critical metrics, incidents, root cause analysis, trends, and improvement plans, as well as HSE data for sustainability reporting.
  • Contributing to the development of HSE tools used in projects.
  • Aligning with the Zero Harm Framework.
  • Conducting safety walks, safety audits, inspections, and site visits to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Having the authority to intervene (STOP Work) at any stage in the project in case of any customer concerns or issues that could impact the project's outcome.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management (HSE) in large infrastructure or building projects.
  • Preferably certified as an Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator (Arbejdsmiljøkoordinator P and B).

  • A technical background, preferably a master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A positive and motivated attitude towards the dynamic and varied tasks of the role, collaborating with project managers, site managers, and technical project managers.
  • Strong collaboration skills across professional, departmental, and national boundaries. You thrive in a position where you must be outreach and communicate with many people daily, both locally and globally.
