As a large Stream Turbine Mechanical Engineer, you will direct teams of field service engineers & technicians and craft labor personnel in the installation, repair maintenance and troubleshooting of steam turbines and generators at various customer sites.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Direct teams of field service engineers & technicians and craft labor personnel in the installation, repair maintenance and troubleshooting of steam turbines and generators at various customer sites.
- Coordinate and handle staffing of project team at customer sites.
- Provide steam turbine knowledge and expertise to division management, customer management, product line management and suppliers.
- Review and carry out customer contract requirements.
- Prepare and forward accurate reports concerning the condition and repairs and recommendations for customer equipment.
- Responsibility to comply and / or implement the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 4+ years’ experience as a mechanical field service engineer for Steam Turbines.
- Technical Knowledge on Steam turbines, electrical generators and associated auxiliary systems.
- Good verbal communication skills with the ability to fluently speak, write, and read in English,
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 80% of time Teamwork
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to lead a crew of mechanics and interface with multiple levels of customer organization

Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
