A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Software Engineering Intern, you will work on a meaningful project that automates the onboarding process for new electrolyzer plants. You’ll design and implement an AI-driven chatbot that guides users through onboarding while executing backend API calls. This role offers hands-on experience in Python development, conversational interfaces, and workflow automation within a global energy technology leader.

How You’ll Make a difference

  • Develop a Python-based AI system to automate onboarding workflows.
  • Design and implement a conversational interface for user interaction.
  • Integrate backend API calls to execute onboarding tasks securely and efficiently.
  • Model and document onboarding workflows with clear input/output conditions.
  • Build a robust testing framework to validate AI agent performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure quality and compliance standards.

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Software Engineering or related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with APIs and object-oriented design.
  • Knowledge of conversational AI concepts and workflow modeling is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Positive learning attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Quality Expectations

  • Code coverage ≥ 80%, SonarQube quality gate pass.
  • Comprehensive documentation and reproducible workflows.
  • Successful user acceptance testing with installation teams.
