A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Software Engineering Intern, you will work on a meaningful project that automates the onboarding process for new electrolyzer plants. You’ll design and implement an AI-driven chatbot that guides users through onboarding while executing backend API calls. This role offers hands-on experience in Python development, conversational interfaces, and workflow automation within a global energy technology leader.
How You’ll Make a difference
- Develop a Python-based AI system to automate onboarding workflows.
- Design and implement a conversational interface for user interaction.
- Integrate backend API calls to execute onboarding tasks securely and efficiently.
- Model and document onboarding workflows with clear input/output conditions.
- Build a robust testing framework to validate AI agent performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure quality and compliance standards.
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Software Engineering or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with APIs and object-oriented design.
- Knowledge of conversational AI concepts and workflow modeling is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Positive learning attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Quality Expectations
- Code coverage ≥ 80%, SonarQube quality gate pass.
- Comprehensive documentation and reproducible workflows.
- Successful user acceptance testing with installation teams.
