Over de functie
This position is initially a 24-month fixed-term contract. The goal is to convert it to a permanent position at the end of the 24 months.
- Implementation and further development of OT cybersecurity requirements in the factory environment
- Translation of global IT/OT governance guidelines into concrete technical and organizational measures
- Conducting and further developing threat and risk assessments
- Supporting the implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2, IEC 62443, EU CRA)
- Planning, conducting, and following up on internal audits
- Close collaboration with global cybersecurity functions and other ICSEs in the cluster (exchange of best practices)
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field (specialization in IT/OT security is a plus) or equivalent qualifications
- Several years of experience with OT/IT networks, industrial control systems, or cybersecurity standards and frameworks
- Experience with risk analysis, vulnerability management, or hardening measures in the OT sector is desirable
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Very good German and English language skills
