Over de functie
- Oversight and management of field service teams in Germany, France, the Netherlands, and Poland, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of compressor installations
- Assurance of service quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Development and execution of service strategies to enhance performance
- Relationship building with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders for identification of service opportunities and provision of technical support
- Monitoring and reporting of service KPIs, team performance, and global service trends
- Driving of continuous improvement and training initiatives for the service team
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology, business administration, or related field
- Long-term relevant experience in service businesses (field service, repair operations, customer technical support) or equivalent
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to perform under time constraints, interpersonal skills, and strong initiative as well as a high degree of tact and professionalism in interactions with management peers
- Strategic problem-solving ability for translation of business goals into actionable operational initiatives
- Strong analytical skills for assessment of training needs, evaluation of process and procedural effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making
- Ability for management of multiple assignments and prioritization
