As the Head of Grid Technologies Sales at Siemens Energy, you will target dynamic, results-oriented professionals with a strong background in engineering or business and a passion for driving sales in the electrical transmission market. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Own the sales strategy and key account plans for Grid Technologies in Saudi Arabia.
- Convert leads and opportunities into orders while building long-term customer relationships.
- Manage and lead a team of field sales personnel, setting targets and priorities.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Team to create innovative market solutions.
- Develop and implement sales operating plans to ensure profitable growth.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and deliver excellent service to enhance client relationships.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Business with relevant sales experience.
- Proven track record in sales performance growth and key account development.
- Experience with sales planning, CRM utilization, and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of the Electrical Transmission market, particularly at 132 and 400kV.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to network with CxO.
- Proficiency in software and CRM tools, such as Salesforce and Excel.
