- Lead and execute major HR transformation projects across the Business Area
- Drive change initiatives tailored to the specific needs of our Business / context
- Support / Develop GT HR people strategies for the Business Area, region, and function in close alignment with BA leadership
- Support all product learning areas and functional academies in the definition of business priorities
- Act as the primary contact for Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) within the Area, guiding the process in alignment with overarching frameworks—this includes supply and demand forecasting, gap analysis, and scenario planning.
- Ensure compliance and implementation of global HR projects and policies, representing Business Area perspectives, challenges and progress reporting to CoCs
- Implement reorganizations and non-structural change requests through e.g. implementation of standard job titles, approvals, planning and consulting on reorganizations, setting up BA-specific or local approval workflows
- Drive jointly with the HR Business partners talent and leadership development in GT as well as focusing on succession planning for N-2/N-3 roles, including identifying key positions and succession needs, as well as nominating successors, implementing succession strategies and advising leaders
- Steer and manage BA HR budget and forecast cycle, ensuring efficient cost allocation and optimization
- Execute employee listening strategies (e.g., Voices), offering support and consultation
- Design and deliver operational and customized reporting, Data analytics and HR consulting
- Take ownership of special and ad-hoc projects as needed
- A completed degree (preferably a Master's) with a focus on Human Resources
- Long-term professional experience in HR, Trainings and/or Communications within an international corporate environment
- Leadership experience in an international / multinational context
- Proven track record in strategic project design and implementation, with experience in cross-functional and global teams
- Familiarity with cultural change and transformation processes
- Proficient use of modern (HR) IT and reporting tools
- Excellent English and German language skills (mandatory), paired with strong communication, diplomacy, and analytical thinking
- Discretion and confidence in handling sensitive and/or confidential information
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a flexible, team-oriented environment
