Your focus will be on delivering high-quality data integration processes, fostering collaboration and innovation to enhance overall data governance and integrity.

How you'll make an impact

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working closely with stakeholders across the business and IT.
  • Drive the development and maintenance of HR-related data models and integration processes, ensuring high-quality inbound and outbound data flows.
  • Evaluate strategic tool/process replacements, prepare decision-making reports, maintain project direction, and ensure a smooth handover with a robust operational plan.
  • Innovate and propose improvements to enhance data integration and governance within our global HR data domain model.
  • Offer ad-hoc support for time-sensitive technical issues and sophisticated application and integration queries.
  • Develop robust implementation plans and maintain system integrity through effective project and test management.

What you bring

  • University degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience as an Integration Specialist, preferably in HR-data domain, working with HR Systems and SaaS.
  • Strong IT background with proficiency in Python and experience with AWS Lambda and Step Functions.

  • Ability to serve as a link between IT and business, translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Collaborative and proactive communication style, comfortable interacting with various team members.
  • Adaptable to working in diverse and flexible environments, with a global mentality.
  • Prepared to work in English language most of the time.

About the Team
