For our Indirect Materials Procurement department under the Real Estate Category, we are looking for a Global Senior Buyer. Being part of the team of Indirect Materials Procurement Operations Department, integrated in the Corporate Procurement Area and giving service to the Real Estate Category, in order to ensure the effective and optimal sourcing of the different product and services, for the commodities and vendors assigned, and required by the operating areas of global organization in collaboration with other Regional IM Procurement teams. 

The Facility Management Global Senior Commodity Buyer is responsible for the strategic procurement of indirect materials and services related to facility management. This role involves developing and implementing global sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement practices.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for facility management-related indirect materials and services.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with procurement strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
  • Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, performance metrics, and cost savings.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or master degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on Facility Management and Services.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CIPS).
  • Experience in the facility management industry.
