A Snapshot of Your Day
Working directly with suppliers worldwide is one of your key responsibilities, as is performing central checks and controls (such as compliance checks).
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Maintain and manage Business Partner Information in line with Global Maintenance Rules, including central business partner master data maintenance in an SAP S/4 HANA system
- Perform central checks and controls (e.g. Compliance checks) to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Handle data enhancements, correctness, and internal master data management, including monthly updates and data quality checks
- Support data cleansing and data integration tasks to maintain high-quality datasets
- Provide support to End Users by answering inquiries, offering guidance, and delivering training
- Clarify request content with business users, external service providers, and external business partners
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with ideally some initial relevant professional experience
- Good understanding of Operational Accounting and the importance of Financial Master Data
- Technical expertise with Windows 10 and Microsoft Applications, plus knowledge of SAP (preferably S/4 Hana and SAP MDG)
- Experience working with data and creating reports (e.g. in SQL, Snowflake, Python, Power BI, Excel)
- Fluent English language skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong social competence in teamwork and collaboration with business partners
