A Snapshot of Your Day 

In this role, you will help transform how Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and Security (EQS) data is turned into insight. A typical day may include collaborating with global EQS, IT, and Business Area colleagues to improve data quality, automate reporting processes, and develop dashboards that support learning-focused performance management. You will work hands-on with reporting systems, analytics tools, and emerging AI solutions to reduce manual effort and increase transparency. Through this work, you enable better decisions and continuous improvement across Siemens Energy’s global operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Design, build, and maintain automated EQS reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to improve transparency and insight.
• Support digital transformation initiatives across EQS reporting, including data standardization, system integration, and metrics automation.
• Collaborate with EQS subject matter experts to translate reporting requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions.
• Analyze global EQS datasets to identify trends, data quality issues, and opportunities for system-level improvement.
• Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of reporting platforms (e.g., Enablon, Power BI, SAP-related solutions).
• Support continuous improvement by documenting processes, strengthening data governance, and enabling learning from normal work.

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong experience in data analytics, reporting, digital transformation, or business intelligence roles.
• Experience working with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and large, structured datasets.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global teams.
• Experience in EHS, Quality, Security, sustainability, or non-financial reporting environments is an advantage.

About the Team

You will be part of a global EQS Reporting team that enables transparent, consistent, and insight-driven reporting across Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and Security. The team works closely with Business Areas, regional hubs, IT, and corporate functions to simplify reporting, strengthen systems, and support learning-focused performance management. Collaboration, continuous improvement, and digital innovation are central to how the team operates.
