A Snapshot of Your Day
- Responsible for E2E (End-to-End) process analysis and improvement;
- Responsible for the digitalization of E2E process in SAP S/4 HANA, in MES and also in Eco-systems (in addition to SAP and MES, other Management Applications, e.g. Logistic Management, Equipment Management…);
This role will be responsible for all stages of SAP S/4 HANA rollout project, MES rollout project and other eco-system projects.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Analyzing and improving E2E business processes of the Factory.
- Collaborating with various departments to optimize business processes.
- Derive necessary process changes.
- Project rollout for SAP S/4 HANA, MES and Eco-systems;
- Conducting training and workshops on the use of SAP S/4 HANA, MES and Eco-systems.
- As Factory coordinator responsible for processes and digital collaboration within Cluster factories
- Support SAP S/4 HANA and MES project implementation in other Cluster factories
What You Bring
Must-have:
- Bachelor's degree and above. Master is a plus;
- A degree with a focus on process analysis and improvement;
- Fluent English.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environment, with hands-on involvement in E2E business process analysis and improvement
- Proven experience in cross-functional process optimization, covering areas such as Planning, Procurement, Production, Logistics or Order Management
- Experience in process redesign or transformation projects (e.g. Lean, VSM, digital transformation)
- Familiar with end-to-end process thinking and data-driven problem solving
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or MES implementation or rollout projects (e.g. blueprint, testing, go-live support)
- Experience in multi-site or cross-country project collaboration
- Experience in process digitalization / automation / data integration projects
