How You’ll Make an Impact

• Oversee the entire data processing lifecycle, from data ingestion and validation to final delivery, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines, quality standards, and technical requirements throughout all processing steps.
• Independently execute data ingest and processing tasks, confidently navigating complex technical workflows and troubleshooting challenges as they arise.
• Drive automation and process optimization initiatives by identifying opportunities and collaborating closely with development and product teams.
• Act as the operational interface for our digital solution, supporting Customer Success Managers, sharing customer insights, and ensuring expectations are met.
• Develop how-to guides and tutorials for the Data Processing Knowledge Base, while ensuring all activities comply with Siemens Energy’s Zero Harm Culture and safety standards.

What You Bring

• A university degree in Computer Science, Geoinformatics, Data Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline forms the foundation of your expertise.
• You have accumulated several years of hands-on experience in data processing, workflow management, or technical project execution—ideally within industrial or field service environments.
• Demonstrating a strong technical grasp of data pipelines, ETL processes, and automation tools, you are comfortable working with Python, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Skilled in coordinating with subcontractors and external service providers, you rely on your organizational talent and clear communication to drive successful outcomes.
• Adapting quickly to fast-paced, dynamic environments, you remain decisive and effective even when facing uncertainty.
• Fluent English enables you to collaborate internationally, while German language skills and a readiness to travel across time zones and cultures further enhance your profile.
