A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Client Sales Manager, you will manage accounts within your assigned territory, ensuring client satisfaction with Siemens Energy products and services. Your day will involve developing and executing a robust Territory Plan, managing selling resources, and maintaining strong client relationships.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and execute an annual Territory Plan to drive sales and profitability.
- Manage and deploy selling resources effectively within your territory.
- Track and forecast opportunities while maintaining competitive awareness.
- Create strategies to increase sales and profitability for assigned customers.
- Conduct won/loss reporting and define/communicate client needs and market conditions.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in sales or engineering within the rotating equipment industry, with knowledge of turbo, reciprocating, and steam applications. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a higher level.
- Strong ability to build client relationships at all levels.
- Excellent listening skills and a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
- Good organizational skills, including time management, file organization, and report writing.
- Proven ability to close business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel 50% within the territory of major accounts (Domestic only).
