A Snapshot of Your Day

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Analyst to join our cycle count team at Siemens Energy, Inc. in Richland, MS. As a Warehouse Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in inventory management. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Analyze warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement in inventory accuracy, space utilization, and process efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes, including inventory control, material handling, and order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, production, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and root cause analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology solutions. Provide training and conduct root cause analysis to solve inventory discrepancies.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of lean and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
