How You’ll Make an Impact

• Achieve the order intake and profit target for the allocated markets.
• Support front sales to develop customer relationships and improve project hit rates, including customer visits, product introductions, and technical support.
• Prepare internal specifications and technical documentation for technical engineering.
• Handle bidding documents preparation, bid strategy planning, cost calculation & optimization, bid submission, and clarification.
• Conduct technical contract negotiations and signing, and perform win-loss analyses.
• Assist in commercial negotiations and hand over contracts to project management. Address other temporary crossover work as needed.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of sales or project execution experience in a relevant industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in English, encompassing speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• A determined and ambitious approach with a drive to compete and successfully implement projects.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills to ensure flawless execution of tasks.
