Be the driving force to transfer the IMB Sustainable Energy Systems from stone age to the future of ERP systems. 

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Be the project manager for the SAP migration to S4 Energy
  • Responsible for the smooth and well-prepared transition from a legacy system to the digital future
  • Work very closely with business across all functions; controlling, R&D, project management, engineering, procurement, operations and service, as well as various corporate functions
  • Manage the SES implementation team (e.g. resource allocation, migration)
  • Be the interface to the global (S4E) implementation team
  • Drive the creation of process and functional level policies across SES
  • Coordinate change requests and project tasks
  • Prepare and expedite the schedule for various phases pre-work, data cleansing, training implementation, data preparation and data migration
What You Bring
  • long term professional experience, completed studies (IT)
  • Strong functional experience in SAP FI/CO, MM and CS is required
  • Preferably, S/4HANA PS and data migration experience
  • Good knowledge of business processes along the whole value chain, from R&D to service
  • Strong project management skills to structure, schedule and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong focus on standardization of processes
  • Strong and inclusive communication skills, within and beyond the organization
  • Languages: English (German is an added advantage)

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
