A Snapshot of Your Day 

We are currently seeking a motivated, technology savvy Recruiting Intern to work closely with our Talent Acquisition (TA) Partners and Hiring Managers to proactively secure the best talent for our hiring plans in Hungary. This role will suit individuals with a passion for sourcing using innovative and collaborative techniques to identify, connect and build pipelines of versatile individuals that meet our hiring needs. How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field
  • English and Hungarian on a conversational level is a must and any other European language is a plus
  • Digital fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • You are able to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences across all levels of an organisation
  • Strong organisational and scheduling skills in order to be able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition would be considered as an advantage
  • Experience in sourcing, usage of job boards, and application tracking systems are considered advantages
  • Ability to work 20/30/40 hours / week
  • Fixed term contract for a year, which can be prolonged

What You Bring

  • End to end responsibility for the recruitment process
  • Maintaining the Application Tracking System as well as monitoring other incoming e-mails from stakeholders
  • Screening applications, scheduling phone, video, and onsite interviews
  • Dealing with local activities such as requisition creation/role posting, audits, reports, etc. as required
  • Managing the Employee Referral Program, creating internal advertisements
  • Coordinating and taking part in Job Fair events
  • Preparing recruitment related reports for the regional operation
  • Sourcing for candidates on LinkedIn and various recruiting platforms
  • Supporting the team with any recruitment related administration and dealing with ad hoc projects for Talent Acquisition
